1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, contacting us, or booking any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services or website.

2. Services Offered

DFWRCC provides cleaning and repair services including, but not limited to:

Rug cleaning and rug repair
Carpet and floor cleaning
House cleaning services

All services are provided within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Access & Safety: You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property. We are not responsible for delays or inability to complete work if access is restricted.
Preparation: Customers are responsible for moving fragile, breakable, or valuable items before service begins.
Disclosure: Customers must notify us of pre-existing conditions, damages, or concerns related to their property.

4. Service Limitations

Cleaning results may vary depending on age, type, and condition of materials.
Certain stains, odors, and damages may not be fully removed.
We do not guarantee restoration to “like new” condition.

5. Limitation of Liability

DFWRCC is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, discoloration, shrinkage, or wear.
- Damage resulting from hidden defects, loose seams, poor installation, or manufacturer flaws.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of value, emotional distress, replacement costs, etc.).
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

6. Payments & Cancellations

Payment: Due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance. DFWRCC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Non-Payment: Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and possible collection efforts.

7. No Warranties

All services are provided “as is” and without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or lasting results.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DFWRCC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from:

Your use of our services,
Your property’s condition, or
Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, accidents, illness, or government actions.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and materials provided by DFWRCC are owned by us and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
